Roy Warren – Chief Executive Officer

Roy G. Warren, one of the founders of Bravo! Brands in 1996 served as President and Director before being appointed CEO in 2000. When appointed CEO, Mr. Warren redirected the company’s attention and resources toward developing domestic branded single-serve flavored milk. Identifying milk as a beverage rather than a “food”, Mr. Warren lead the Bravo! Brands team to the pioneering of shelf stable milk in America. In August, 2005 he successfully completed a master distribution agreement with Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE).

Upon that agreement, Bravo! launched the Nation’s first vendible, shelf stable, plastic bottles to retailers and schools throughout America. Utilizing his 15 year experience as principal, partner, and founder in several securities brokerage firms from 1982 through 1996, Mr. Warren funded the growth of Bravo! Brands by raising over $70 mm in private capital placements. Mr. Warren departed Bravo! in April of 2007 and founded Attitude Drink Company, Inc. shortly after. Mr. Warren is currently 52 years old, has three adult children, and lives with his wife of 30 years, Martha, in North Palm Beach, Florida.

John L. (Jack) Shea – Executive Vice President, Sales

Jack Shea is Executive Vice President of Sales for the Attitude Drink Company. In this position, he is responsible for development of distributor networks and sales for Attitude products. Additionally, he is tasked with initiating and developing new business opportunities.

Previously, Mr. Shea served as Director of Business Development, Allied Brands for Bravo Brands. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tea Systems International (Liquid Tea Concentrate production and sales), Vice President Sales and Marketing, MVT Inc. (Motion Lenticular Point of Purchase material sales), and COO/General Manager, Halewood International / USA, Inc. (Beer, Wine and Spirits importing, sales and distribution.) Mr. Shea started in the beverage industry as a routes salesman for Joyce Beverages/New York which was the largest 7UP bottler in the US. He was General Manager when the company was sold in 1992.

Mr. Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
He is active in various ministries in his church and the community.
Mr. Shea resides with his wife and two sons in Mamaroneck, NY.

Joe Librizzi – Executive Vice President,
Procurement and Supply Management

Joe Librizzi joined Attitude Drink Company, Inc. in December 2007, as Executive VP of Procurement and Supply Management. With over a decade of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Manage-ment, his knowledge of consumer packaged goods, especially nutritional food products, are an invaluable asset to Attitude. After spending 20 years in Finance, during which time he held the position of CFO for three $100 million plus companies, he transitioned to Operations and Supply Management. He spent 15 years at Unilever/Slim Fast Foods, where he held the position of Vice President of Procurement before becoming the head of Supply Management for Bravo! Brands. "We consider loyal suppliers and co-packers as our partners in this business. My mission is to assure that they deliver the BEST quality, the BEST service...and the BEST pricing."

Niki Fuller - Vice President, Brand Manager

Niki Fuller joined Attitude Drink Company, Inc. in October, 2007 as a member of the marketing team and currently holds the position of VP - Brand Manager. Her experience in brand management at Bravo! Brands Inc. and a clear understanding of the innovative beverage industry enables her to be a dedicated, confident supporter and catalyst of Attitude’s mission. Her belief in corporate innovation lies in an understanding that at the end of the day, the value and strength of each company lies in its people and brand power. She is also responsible for PR compliance and ‘day-to-day’ execution of each brand. Mrs. Fuller lives with her husband and daughter in West Palm Beach, FL.

 

Tommy Kee – Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Tommy Kee joined Attitude Drink Company, Inc. in November, 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. He graduated with an MBA from the University of Memphis and a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee. Before joining Attitude, he was Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer for 4 years with Bravo! Brands, Inc. Previously, he served as VP Finance/CFO for Allied Interstate, Inc. in the West Palm Beach area. Earlier, he served as CFO and Treasurer for Hearx Ltd., a West Palm Beach, Florida public company. He also served 18 years as International Controller and Financial Director with the Holiday Inns, Inc. organization in Memphis and Orlando.

Steve Jennings – Executive Vice President, Marketing and Innovation

Steve Jennings founded Maxim, one of Europe’s leading sports and functional food and beverage companies in 1991 and was its CEO through 2000. In 1997, Maxim was acquired by Dutch food group, Prinsen BV. During that time, he successfully managed the integration of Maxim business into the Prinsen system and oversaw the entry of Maxim into the mainstream grocery channel.

In late 2000, Mr. Jennings began the development of a healthy snack and beverage platform specifically aimed at “tweens and teens”. In 2003, the platform was acquired by PepsiCo and Mr. Jennings became one of the founding members of PepsiCo’s “good-for-you” foods and beverage innovation team. His insight into evolving consumer preferences and industry knowledge provide the expertise in creating differentiated consumer branding, grassroots and viral marketing programs for Attitude Drink Company.

Mr. Jennings is the co founder of Bicycles for Humanity, a Canadian humanitarian initiative that collects unwanted bicycles and distributes them to those most in need of mobility in Africa. He resides with his wife and 2 children in Naperville, Illinois.

Craig Peters – Senior Vice President, Operations

After 20 years of quality assurance and manufacturing operations experience at Quaker Oats and Unilever/Slim Fast, Mr. Peters became the QA director for Bravo! Brands Inc. Mr. Peters will have day to day responsibility for operations and quality assurance with regard to production, planning and quality system as well as office and warehouse operations at Attitude Drink Company, Inc.

Bill Fowler - Vice President, Controller

Bill Fowler joined Attitude Drink Company, Inc. in November 2007 and currently holds the position of Vice President, Controller.  Previously, he served as the Accounting Manager at Bravo! Brands and has worked in various accounting capacities in small and medium size businesses.  Mr. Fowler has an MBA from the University of Utah, B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, and B.S. degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.  Additionally, he has over 20 years service as an officer in the US Air Force with duties in operations and various headquarters staff positions including the Pentagon and NATO.
